REFUND Policy

 

Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you receive the item and would like to return it, you may do so by following our ‘Easy Returns & Exchanges’ found on our FAQ page.

Refund Policy
We make every effort to ensure 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to offer a full refund within 30 days. If 30 days have passed, we will offer credit in the form of a customized discount code on your next purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt number or statement proof of purchase, and your item must be unused and in its original packaging. 

What happens if my items arrive damaged?
In the event the product arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional charge or refund your purchase (in the original payment used) within 30 days.

Can I exchange my item?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (ie., if there is a sizing issue), send us an email at info@collaborativepublishing.ca

Downloadable digital products and sale items are non-refundable.
