Product Information

What can I do if an item is out of stock?
We do our best to forecast product availability and anticipate the needs of customers. If an item you are searching for is out of stock, we will post an estimated time of arrival for new stock. You are welcome to email us to pre-order an item and we will notify you as soon as it is available for purchase.

How do you package your products?
Our products are packaged in a rigid cardboard mailer to prevent bending/folding.

Do you provide gift wrapping?
At this time, gift wrapping is unavailable.

Where else is your product stocked?
At this time, purchases can only be made through the website and at events. We are in the process of connecting with local niche stores who may be interested in carrying a selection of our products.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe which accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Apple Pay. Payment is collected immediately after placement of your order.


Shipping Information

Where does Orrville Collaborative Publishing ship to?
We are currently set-up to ship anywhere in Canada or the United States. If you are outside of North America, you will soon have the option of purchasing selected books or ebooks through Amazon (we expect this to be available in 2020).

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use Canada Post to ship our orders.

What are your shipping fees?
Our shipping fees are calculated at checkout through Canada Post.

Can I track my order?
Yes. If you select expedited shipping, you may track your order through the Canada Post website: http://www.canadapost.ca

Do I have to pay duty if I live in the US?
If you reside outside of Canada, your purchase may be subject to duty fees.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

What happens if my items arrive damaged?
Orrville Collaborative Publishing (OCP) makes every effort to ensure quality control of our products. If you have received an item that is damaged, we would be happy to provide you with a new product or refund your purchase (in the original payment used) within 30 days. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For return instructions please contact info@collaborativepublishing.ca

What happens if I decide to cancel my order after it has been shipped?
Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
